Currently, our core collection is focused on providing our customers with neutral toned high-quality athletic wear. With the release of new launches, we may begin to venture out to more experimental colors and fabrics- feel free to provide feedback on what you would like to see from us!
- How do I properly care for this garment to maintain its quality?
To ensure your garment stays in top condition, we recommend following the care instructions on the care label and "Product Care" section of your items. Typically, machine wash cold with like colors, and air dry. Please avoid using fabric softeners or bleach to preserve the fabric’s integrity.

You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been fulfilled or by logging into your EMANH account.
- Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, we cannot make changes. If you need to modify your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
- Where do we currently ship to?
Currently, EMANH will only be accepting orders within the continental US.
- What are your shipping options and rates?
We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and your location. Generally, domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
- What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you received a damaged item, please contact us here immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
- What if I never receive my order?
If you do not receive your order, verify the status through your EMANH account and allow 3-4 days for order fulfillment. Upon receiving your tracking number, you may monitor the package using our shipping carrier's system. If it has not arrived within 2-3 business days of the 'delivered' date, please contact us here.
- What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items are unused, in their original packaging, and with the tags still attached. Some exclusions may apply, so please refer to our full return policy for more details.
- Can I return/exchange my items?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To start a return, you can log into your account and click on "Request Return" on the item to initiate the return process.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Can I return or exchange sale items?
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
- When will I receive my refund after returning an item?
Once we receive and accept your returned item, refunds will process within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
