Return & Refund Policy

At EMANH Athletics, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied with your items, we are here to help. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our return and refund process.

Returns

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please ensure that your items meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Returns must be initiated through our online return portal.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Items marked as "discounted"
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers

Return Process

To return your items:

  1. Request a Return Authorization: Use our online return portal (link provided in your order confirmation and available via your EMANH account). 

  2. Return Process: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

  3. Prepare Your Return: Securely package your items, ensuring they are in their original condition. Include the original receipt or packing slip with the return.

  4. Ship the Item: Use the provided return label and instructions within your return acceptance email.

  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return policy guidelines, we will process your refund. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
  • Refund processing time may take 14-21 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the process will be initiated through the return portal and the rationale for the trade will be requested for logistical reasons. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and process a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
